We are a franchisee of four YUM! Brands, Inc. restaurant concepts, having begun as a Taco Bell franchisee in Traverse City, Michigan in 1985. We have continually grown as opportunities have arisen, moving into New York State in 1988. We now own and operate restaurants from Batavia to Albany, North to Watertown and South to Ithaca, bringing our total to 62 restaurants.
The General Manager will play a key role in the operations of their restaurant. The General Manager has overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
Proven ability to development and train teams so they may also grow into much bigger roles! A leader who is able to build a team and develop existing team of top performers by training and developing skills ; providing clear, consistent direction, and recognizing individual and team contributions. Recruiting, training, management, P&L , and overall operations of restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability. Maintains communication, acts as a liaison with other leadership, and facilitates a focus on company’s culture and values. A big leader who has the ability to share their knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Salary is $40,300 - $55,000 depending on experience. You also have the potential of earning 15% of your salary for bonus
