Kitchen associates are directly responsible for creating a great guest experience by consistently serving quality food in a timely manner. You must prepare, cook and assemble orders while upholding Fazolis standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area while following the local food standards.
-Individuals in this positions will be expected to engage in the following activities:
-Always adhere to brand standards for uniform standards
-Complete opening and closing prep checklists
-Prepare all food products to company standards
- Closes kitchen properly, following the closing checklist and assist others in closing.
-Inform management of any food related issues
