Under the regular supervision of the HIM Manager, the HIM Supervisor effectively supervises the HIM team at Adventist Healthcare to ensure operational workflow and compliance with policies and procedures, federal, state, local laws and regulations.
As a an HIM Supervisor, you will:
• Provide onsite support for HIM workflows at multiple campuses to ensure standardization and compliance.
• Be responsible for ensuring essential workflows are covered Monday -Friday.
• Coach and mentor team members, support training, customer service, troubleshooting, DNFB
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3+ years of HIM experience
