What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Sr. Supply Planning Analyst who can do more with Mohawk across supply and inventory to help us win in the market.

This position will be responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered to vendors and customers on time, as well as proactively solve problems that cause supply delays.

What you'll do:
  • Recommend and execute product purchases based on supply and demand
  • Manage procurement and communicate with planning teams to prioritize production schedules
  • Monitor supply and demand to identify opportunities or issues, and to adjust supply timing as needed
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure changes and deliveries are handled appropriately
  • Participate in sales and operations planning to improve supply chain performance, as well as identify long-term supply and demand goals
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field, such as engineering, mathematics, or management
  • Three years of work experience in an environment of comparable size and field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar data visualization applications
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
What you're good at:
  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal form
  • Staying organized and managing time to best prioritize workload
  • Using a strong degree of judgment to identify and remedy problems efficiently
  • Understanding data, business journals, procedures, government regulations, and the like, so you can present information and respond to inquiries
  • Applying advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations
