Develops, implements and maintains quality standards for beverage cart service, including supervision and direction of service staff. Ensure excellent customer service. Essential Functions: 1. Interviews, selects, trains and supervises beverage cart staff. 2. Organizes and conducts pre-shift and department meetings. 3. Schedules and directs beverage cart staff in their work assignments. 4. Interacts with guests; promoting beverage cart products and services. 5. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns. 6. Organizes and manages beverage cart aspects of special events. 7. Maintains food quality and service standards for location. 8. Maintains profitability of beverage cart products and services. 9. Controls beverage cart costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products. 10. Maintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels. 11. Maintains cleanliness and organization of beverage carts, work areas and facility. 12. Utilizes prescribed cash handling procedures to accurate charge guests, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence. 13. Provides direct service to guests as needed, including driving beverage cart and serving beverages and snacks. 14. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. 15. Performs special projects delegated by management. 16. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location. 17. Attends meetings with location leaders.

Proven experience managing guest relations; and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Proven experience managing food & beverage operations. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new beverage cart programs and services. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
