SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: ANSER is seeking a CBRNE Analyst to support an Operational Commandon Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG). In the course of this work, the ideal candidate will provide CBRNE operations and planning subject matter expertise and program support to a government-customers focused on the planning and the implementation of new technologies and methodologies. The analyst will: * Continuously identify program and resource needs and requirements and assess those requirements based on the program needs of a CBRNE Program customer * Current experience with and a demonstrated comprehensive knowledge with respect to planning, preparing, executing, and analyzing bi-lateral and multi-lateral Joint and Army CCMD level WMD-Elimination exercises. * Direct, detailed, and current knowledge of the Defense Readiness Reporting System Army (DRRS-A) * Experience with Mission Essential Task List (METL) development, current business rules for METL development, and the systems and tools employed to develop and standardize unit METLs. * Current Combat Training Center experience with the CBRN Battalion Task Force (TF) employment concept. * Direct and current knowledge of the 20th CBRNE Command readiness reporting requirements. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors degree with 10 years experience supporting government or DoD programs * Strong communication, briefing and technical writing skills required * A high degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business oriented individuals is required * Strong Microsoft Products Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) * Active DoD Top Secret SCI Eligible Clearance Desired Qualifications * Graduate degree * Direct and in-depth knowledge of plans training, exercise, and readiness programs, and organizing and managing operations. * Experience with doctrine development, planning, execution, assessment, and recent military CBRNE experience. * Direct and in-depth knowledge and experience with CBRNE operational and contingency planning at the COCOM, Joint, interagency and Coalition levels, and integration of multi-national CBRNE and CWMD capabilities. * Demonstrated expertise planning and coordinating CWMD activities and the associated tasks to isolate, exploit, disable, dispose, monitor, and redirect WMD at the COCOM and Service Component Command levels. * Demonstrated expertise in advanced threat agents, threat agent science, planning, and coordination for development of new Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP). * Demonstrated experience and expertise planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating Army and Joint service operations and exercises. * Familiarity Microsoft Project/Visio DISCLAIMER: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail .
