Electronic Banking Customer Service Officer
Job Description

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday: shift to vary from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
  • Includes two Saturdays per quarter


Summary:

Provide operational support to Treasury Management clients regarding all electronic banking needs. Responsible for assisting commercial and consumer clients with maintenance and problem resolution with with their electronic banking services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing client relationships by addressing any customer service needs or issues
  • Respond to telephone, email and secure messaging inquiries
  • Assist clients with any and all online banking needs, including password resets
  • Assist clients with ACH, wire, Positive Pay, remote deposit, and debit card inquiries
  • Respond to and address various system technical issues
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals
  • Detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment and good judgement
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative to solve client issues, utilizing vendors and manuals


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None


Education and/or Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • High school diploma or general education degree


Computer and Software Skills:
  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer and mobile devices
  • Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple banking systems

  • None
