Starting Wage: $14.00 once certified in customer service, pay increases to $14.75 per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Greet and interact with customers by telephone and in person.
Provide customers with information about merchandise and services.
Perform transactions by collecting payments.
Assisting with light food preparation for in-store cafe.
Follow up with customer issues and service requests.
All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments.
Basic computer and typing skills needed.
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
Must be dependable and self-motivated.
WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
