Live-in Caregiver - Home Health Aides &; CNAs - Full-time / Part-time

Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) for our live-in cases in the Melrose and surrounding areas. 

Schedule: Live-In (cases available Sunday &ndash Saturday)

Compensation: $240 per day

Primary responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Providing personal care (incontinence care, bathing, transfers, etc.)
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

• Policies, protocols, and procedures in place to monitor and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure you will be protected while working
• We provide appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
• On site COVID-19 testing free to all employees

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Home Health Aide or CNA certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart phone
