In addition to working as a CAREGiver, the Lead CAREGiver serves as a counselor, guide, coach, and mentor in a long-term, ongoing relationship with CAREGivers. LEAD CAREGiver will provide
CLIENT support through Quality Assurance activities in efforts to improve client retention. &bull Assist the elderly or persons with disabilities with daily living activities at the person's home or in a care facility. Duties performed at a place of residence may include keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals. May aid at non-residential care facilities. May advise families, the elderly, convalescents, and persons with disabilities regarding such things as nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities.

&bull Assists with roll out of new initiatives that impact CAREGivers and Clients.
&bull To be a qualified driver you must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance on the vehicle being used.
&bull Must be insurable and bondable throughout employment to provide transportation on behalf of and to transport clients.
&bull Must successfully pass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
&bull Ability to care for clients with dignity, and respectful of others and their property
&bull Effective written and verbal communication skills in a friendly and congenial manner
&bull Ability to work independently without supervision in a safe manner always
&bull Willingness to drive to all client locations in the specified service areas
&bull The person must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.

a. This person will need to move from their vehicle to the inside of the client's home, residence or work location. The person needs to safely move continuously inside a client's home or residential facility.
b. Spend time bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling, standing, making repetitive motions, walking, using your hands to control or feel objects.
c. The person will use hands/fingers to handle, feel and operate normal household equipment like a vacuum, laundry machine, microwave, oven and other standard household items.
d. The person may need to ascend/descend by stairs and may be required to stoop, kneel, twist, crouch or crawl.
e. The person frequently communicates with clients and must be able to exchange accurate information consistently throughout a shift.
f. The position is required to see and detect items throughout the house. In addition, they will need to identify, recognize, judge and observe throughout their shift.
g. The person may assist client in moving, transporting, transferring and positioning the client.
h. The person may be required to perform personal cares and assistance during personal care may be required based on the needs of the client.
i. The person must have the ability to withstand exposure to various living environments, including minor exposure to dust, mold, mildew and normal household cleaning solutions.
&bull This job operates in client's residence and local field setting. This role routinely uses standard household items and basic office equipment. Indoors, environmentally controlled.
