Your Home Instead franchise offices in Crossville and Cookeville are established in the Upper Cumberland. Since 2004, Home Instead has been providing top quality non-medical care to our seniors and employment to our caregiving staff. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking compassionate CAREGivers to join our team!

• AFLAC Supplemental Health Insurance: All CAREGivers are eligible for Accident, Critical Care & Recovery, Hospital, Short-term Disability, Dental, and Life Insurance after 60 days of employment.

• Paid Vacation for tenured Home Instead CAREGivers.

• Paid Overtime to CAREGivers who work more than 40 hours per week.
