Housekeeper/Custodian - Now Hiring

Our company is looking to add a housekeeper/custodian to perform a variety of facility-related cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, break room areas, supply room
• Stocks and replenishes restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with supplies
• Collects recyclables and disposes of trash
• Sweeps and mops floors
• Vacuums and shampoos carpets
• Washes walls, windows and restroom fixtures
• Cleans hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaning
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a position successfully performing janitorial and/or industrial cleaning duties or a position responsible for the cleaning and/or servicing buildings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and heavy lifting
• Ability to multi-task
• Be proactive
