Training Manager-Dunkin' Donuts
Dunkin Donuts is looking for a EXPERIENCED Training Manager to add to our growing family.

Join the largest Dunkin Donuts franchisee organization in central Florida with development of new locations in the works. We are aggressively building the best-in-class management team and are currently seeking exceptional full-time Multi-Unit Leaders.


The Training Manager is Responsible for all aspects of operations pertaining to one or more Dunkin’ Donuts in the MAC Orlando Holdings, LLC franchise area including financials, company policies, corporate standards, people management, facilities, etc. through the direct control of management (assistant managers, shift leaders) and crew members. They are responsible for leading the overall operations of a Dunkin’ Donuts including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring Managers and Crew are delivering great guest service and executing applicable Brand standards and procedures in the restaurant. In addition to the overall operations of the restaurant, the Training Manager will be responsible for training new management candidates that are hired into the MAC Orlando Holdings, LLC network and preparing them to take over as manager of their own Dunkin’ location.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

a) Ensure that your restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations to include health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business.

b) Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Dunkin Donuts and MAC Orlando Holdings, LLC Policies and Procedures.

c) Provide leadership to the restaurants to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Dunkin Donuts culture of an enjoyable and cheerful environment.

d) Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.

e) Accountable for the proper staffing of the restaurant with managers and employees who are properly trained and developed.

f) Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required programs, reports and legal documents.

g) Take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities by maintaining awareness and participation in community affairs.

h) Represent Dunkin Donuts and MAC Orlando Holdings, LLC in a professional, positive manner at all times.

i) Communicate effectively to your Director of Operations or Business Director any and all issues that may impact our business or public image

j) Create and maintain a People First Culture in your restaurants

k) Ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds company financial goals

Proven success in QSR management with Multi Unit experience preferred. Drive-thru experience is required. Reliable transportation is a must.
