In-Home Service TechnicianÂ

MasTec In-Home Service Technicians are field based, service driven, professional technicians that provide in home delivery, set-up and installation of satellite TV and DIY security and smartÂ home products.Â We believe if you are passionate, knowledgeable, talented you should be paid for it!Â Our Techs earn job based compensation, paid travel time and are eligible for sales incentives for product recommendations (ie. surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean), have an independent work day and are rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed and quality.Â In addition, each Tech receives:

What we require:

Be able to lift 80 pounds and climb 40-foot ladders
A valid driverâ€™s license
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings
Be able to meet weight restrictions of our ladders (including approximately 25 lbs in a tool belt) to comply with OSHA and our Company safety standards
Have basic computer skills
A high school diploma or equivalent (college or technical school a plus)
