We are a high-energy, fashion-driven company looking for an organized, hardworking, self-motivated person to join our Production team as a Production Coordinator.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Daily internal communication with customer service, external communication with our overseas factories.
  • Review and confirm weekly production reports with all agents and factories. Communicate status, changes, and issues to the management team.
  • Communicate customer-specific packing/shipping requirements to factories when purchase orders are placed.
  • Follow up on monthly shipping instructions given to the agents to make sure shipping documents & vessel/ air bookings are made promptly.
  • Work through factory delays & shortages and advise the factory of revised shipping instructions as necessary.
  • Review and confirm shipping documents for all brands. Update any changes to ship dates in M3 and communicate delivery charges to the customer service team & management.
  • Communicate document confirmation to import/logistics coordinator.
  • Weekly inventory review. Pass information on oversold styles & delivery issues to the management team.
  • Enter and update (as needed) all production orders
  • Work with Sales Support and CSR departments to ensure that orders and order updates and changes are processed correctly, including size runs, detail changes, and customer labeling and packaging requirements.
  • Create and send carton and UPC label files from A2000 to FSR as requested. Ship special UPC labels to FSR as requested.
  • Keep complete and up-to-date records for each style which are easily accessible for immediate reference. Provide information on current and past season styles and performance as requested.
  • Monitor Inventory Availability and Bought and Sold report to ensure enough products are available to meet monthly semi-annual and annual sales goals for Report. Bring inventory issues and suggestions to the attention of the department head. Follow up with Sales / Sales Support / CSR on adding or canceling pairs, moving dates, changing size runs, etc.
  • Support merchandising process, ordering and tracking samples for shows as needed
  • Miscellaneous production support
  • Work with traffic team to book goods on appropriate vessels
  • Assist pricing manager with pricing and calculating margins as well as communicating with overseas factories on pricing
The ideal candidate would possess the following requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • 2-3 years experience in production/customer service
  • 1 to 2 years experience in purchasing and or inventory management
  • Willing to take the initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Computer experience in Outlook, MS Word and Excel, Order Processing and Inventory software
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
