About this job
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative that speaks both ENGLISH & SPANISH. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Description:
· 1st response to all incoming calls
· Work with insurance, physician's office for proper documentation,
· IE: Rx, referrals, authorizations, discharge documents
· Verify that all paperwork is completed on each order and properly executed.
· Troubleshoot some products over the phone with nursing staff on site.· Build a relationship with Case Managers, Nursing staff, and personal customers
· Among the duties are: providing product and service information and resolving customer complaints by pinpointing problems; offering solutions, corrections, or adjustments; and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Speak, read & write in both English & Spanish
· Superior Customer Service skills
· Strong Communication skills
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, remain positive and flexible, perform duties on time and follow up/ follow through to ensure accuracy
· Health Insurance, In-home Medical Supply knowledge
