The Global Insights Specialist will be responsible for helping to drive growth opportunities by delivering compelling insights across the market, consumer, and competitive landscapes. The Global Insights Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting consumer insights and trends that will inspire and support brand and business decisions. This role will serve as a customer advocate and "voice of the market" as it relates to brand health, consumer attitudes, communications effectiveness and market evaluation. Additionally, the Global Insights Specialist will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities within our online customer community, The Enterprise Exchange. The Global Insights Specialist should be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong analytical capabilities and proven success in managing research programs from start to finish.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities within the customer community, including working with internal teams to develop content as well as managing our vendor partner, Fuel Cycle
  • Manage research programs (both qualitative and quantitative) as assigned including preparation of research briefs, management of timelines, budgets and research partners
  • Proactively review and analyze syndicated data & insights, turning them into clear, concise, summaries and reports with actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Integrate information across research studies and sources to help answer key business questions
  • Translate data into meaningful and actionable insights for internal teams and business partners
  • Assist in creating custom deliverables based on specific stakeholder needs
  • Write coherent, concise and unbiased research questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Review and evaluate questionnaires submitted by research partners
  • Deliver insights based on solid research design and analysis along with business knowledge to help shape marketing and business strategies
  • Keep up to date on all relevant client, industry and market developments

  • Bachelor's Degree (In Marketing o related field preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Three (3+) years of related marketing experience, preferably in market research
  • Three (3+) years of previous experience working with quantitative data and analysis and knowledge of basic statistics
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft office ( Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Previous experience preparing and giving presentations
  • Proficiency in research software: Qualtrics, Tableau and basic statistics preferred
  • Previous experience in qualitative research preferred
  • Experience with social media listening and measurement preferred
