Position Summary: Department Managers are responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals. Major Responsibilities: • Buying/Merchandising • Department Operations • Sales/Customer Service • Firearms o Ensure all firearms are received, transferred (sold), and disposed (logged-out) in compliance with state and federal laws, company procedures, and company guidelines.
Minimum Requirements: The minimum requirements for this position include: Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager Skills/Knowledge: • Leadership and analytical skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers. • Must be customer service orientated with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. • Safe firearm handling skills and competency required • to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business$15.45-$22.09
Physical Requirements: This position involves a variety of physical activities including talking, hearing, sitting, standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions. Visual acuity is required for analyzing records and computer monitors. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
