Responsibilities and Duties Service customer by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and service including but not limited to the following New account development is the essential part of the job responsibilities by providing highly qualified technical solutions. Provide answers and solutions to customer questions about our products, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects. Successfully tailor demonstrations for customers, trade shows, and special events. Works closely with the customer to set up and maintain a successful demo period; be available to answer questions and trouble-shoot as needed. Works with the customer to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales process. Provide feedback from the market including key accounts, sales representatives, and tradeshows to the team as well as R&D for process or product improvement. Conducts market research on an on-going basis to understand the trends and changes that may impact current and future sales. Know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future sales. Develop sales representative and distributor’s staff by providing technical information and training. Condense sales activities and market information into reports for management. Manage account and inquiry using SFA. Supports the technical engineer and the promotion team in headquarters by preparing sales promotion materials including white papers, application notes or product videos. You may be required an average of for one-week travel about 4 times a year to Northern American key account to deal with special projects, sales representative or tradeshows. Takes part in the business development process. Contribute to the overall team by accomplishing related operations as needed. Performs other duties as requested. Skills and Qualifications Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Requirements Analysis BSEE degree desirable
