Shifts start as early as 5:30 am with varying start times up to 11 am. Because we finish seating guests by 2 pm, all shifts end no later than 3 pm.
Scheduling is generally flexible. Because weekends and holidays are the busiest times, we do ask that you are available those days.
Egg Harbor is closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving, and open late (8am) on New Year’s Day. We do not honor request offs for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day.
Strong Customer Service Skills
Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution and quick decision-making;
able to maintain a genuine smile and positive attitude; coachable; eager to learn and grow;
flexible in changing situations; professional in all situations; and effective at building customer relationships.
We start with amazing employees who bring a wide variety of strengths, abilities and aspirations, and add in strong guiding values and systems that support personal and professional growth. We mix this into an organization where previous restaurant experience is not as important as integrity, teamwork, character, and passion for the hospitality business, then develop restaurant leaders who thrive in an atmosphere of optimism and opportunity.
