Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - SurePayroll

Description

This position can be fully remote.

Administers and maintains the applications connected to SurePayroll's Salesforce.com platform. This includes the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the platforms. Collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to meet the needs and goals of the business.

  • Partners with cross functional teams to produce requirements and design the applications that connect to Salesforce to align to company's strategies.
  • Designs, creates, and implements new applications within existing Salesforce environment.
  • Serves as point of contact for Salesforce systems user support and problem solving.
  • Supports daily operations interfacing with key stakeholders as required to optimize system performance.
  • Generates reports and dashboards on Salesforce systems to satisfy business reporting requirements.
  • Builds and maintains documentation of key project artifacts, processes, and system functionality and tools.
  • Supports business teams in training and education needs on Salesforce systems product knowledge and adoption.
  • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves application issues related to system functionality.
  • Reviews and validates test plan approaches as well as participate in system testing.
  • Maintains security of systems connected to Salesforce including sharing rules and security levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline or relevant work experience in lieu - Required
  • 2 years of experience in Using Salesforce.com to support sales, service, and/or Finance.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Possesses strong technical aptitude.
  • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Salesforce.com Certified - Required
