MEMORY CARE COORDINATOR - CNA/CMT REQUIRED

The successful candidate will have:

• Professional certifications or degrees in one of the following areas; activities and recreation, art or music therapy, occupational therapy, leisure programs, or community engagement (equivalent work experience will be considered).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with geriatric patients, specifically those living with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• CNA or CMT is required.
• Display a professional attitude and appearance at all time;
• Must be comfortable in a leadership role, overseeing, and implementing a dementia care program with the assistance of other care staff; and,
• Must be comfortable speaking in groups, specifically for family/community education and outreach.
