Our ever-growing credit card processing company is seeking a Talented Bilingual Tech Support Specialist to join our team!

When a Merchant's Hardware/Software isn't working properly, you will be the first line of defense to provide technical assistance and find solutions to our client's issues with Counter Top Terminals, Mobile Credit Card Apps and POS Systems.

Fluent in English and Spanish is Mandatory!
POS Experience in Clover, Mynt, Paradise, or Aldelo? Automatic Brownie Points!

Responsibilities:

· Helping our clients troubleshoot their Merchant Processing Terminals (i.e: Dejavoo, Pax S80, etc.), Payment Gateways, WIFI and Wireless issues,

· Resolve issues for clients via phone and skype

· Establish and maintain relationships with our third-party vendors

· Track customer issues and resolutions on our internal CRM Systems

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in POS Systems, Help Desk, IT, or customer service.

· Strong Communication Skills

· Positive, Upbeat and Professional under pressure

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Knowledge with VAR Sheets.

· Ability to solve Connectivity Issues.

· Proven track record of solving Hardware/Software issues. (Huge Plus if it was done over the phone

· Mac/IOS experience is a plus.
