Invest in, develop and grow your leadership team
Ensure DAILY SAFE CRITICAL is being performed twice a day (am & pm)
Ensure eRQA on at least one product is being performed daily
Ensure that food is being cooked & held at proper temperatures in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards
Ensure that all Team Members are following food safe procedures and precautions
Provide Food Safety Reports to Director or Food Safety and Quality weekly
Provide a Food Safety presentation to the Executive Leadership Team meeting monthly
Begin the culture of food safety by providing a course in food safety during New Team Member Orientation
Retain ServeSafe Certification & lead efforts to get other Team Members ServeSafe certified
Lead, organize, & facilitate Food Safety Huddles in the Back of House
Ensure that all equipment holding TCS foods are maintaining proper temperatures and are being cared for regularly and appropriately
Stay current with all Food Safety Guidelines and regulations
Walk with third party evaluators and provide leadership during quarterly visits
Provide a plan of action for all points taken off during third party evaluations
Ensure a 100% from Health Department & >90% third party evaluations
