We are looking for a Quality Technician for on both 2nd and 3rd Shifts

2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm)

3rd Shift (Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am)


Pratt Employees help with all aspects of turning recycled paper into sheets of Corrugated board and getting them to our customers! Think boxes for Domino’s pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of functions across the plant including but not limited to: performing quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process and outgoing products.  You will also receive, enter, track and resolve internal/external customer complaints as well as make recommendations for improvements to operations to meet customer demand.

What qualifications are we looking for?  

Flexibility is required regarding changing of position, shift, overtime, etc.

Attention to detail

Time-management skills, ability to problem solve and self-motivation

Qualified candidates will have a high school degree (or GED) and quality inspection experience

Must be able to successfully pass a physical, drug screen and background check.


What are the requirements of the job?

Following directions under limited supervision;

Interpreting verbal and written instructions

Ability to learn manufacturing principles and practices;

Complying with safety and operational guidelines, policies, and procedures;

Basic computer skills

Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.

Training: Employees holding this position will be subject to periodic training which will be assessed through internal audits.
