Position Overview Avantus Federal is looking for an International Program Analyst to support a customer located in Arlington, VA. The candidate will be responsible for performing all functional duties independently. Speak to a recruiter about our telework options. * Directs multi-functional/discipline teams for the execution of politically sensitive and complex DoD cooperative agreements for eight (8) foreign nations under Systems Demonstration and Development (SDD) MOU, Production, Sustainment, and Follow on Development (PSFD) MOU * Responsible for directing Country Managers in the management of international customer requirements (programmatic, technical, and financial) to ensure international warfighter needs are met * Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules * Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning * Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses * Collects, completes, organizes and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs * Assists in the development of contracts and contract modifications required for the acquisition of logistics supportability products * Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules * Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning * Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses * Collects, completes, organizes and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs * Assists in the development of contracts and contract modifications required for the acquisition of logistics supportability products * Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall PMO * Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards * Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis Required Qualifications * Active Secret Clearance #AvantusClearedJob * Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree plus four (4) years additional work experience * Minimum six (6) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management * Minimum three (3) years recent work experience related to international acquisition programs * Experience in a business or technical position supporting strategic planning efforts in major DoD, other government agency, or private sector acquisition program. * Possesses demonstrated experience in Joint Service or international cooperative projects within the DoD or other government agency. * Knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs to include the understanding of the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure. * Possesses demonstrated experience working with foreign disclosure and releasability processes and procedures. * Possesses demonstrated robust initiative, and the ability to work independently under general supervision and function as part of an interdisciplinary team Per Executive Order (E0 14042) proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to your start date.
