As a key role on the ABI Sales team, this individual will translate overall AB ONE initiatives and develop specific plans and targets.

Role Summary:
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales of two distribution centers that make up Greater Los Angeles, AB ONE
  • Responsible for leading and motivating the Sales organization to deliver volume, share, profit, and productivity targets within the Business Unit
  • Lead sales strategy for the branch
  • Manage, lead, motivate, and develop sales personnel including selection, performance management and employee relations by Wholesale Equity Agreement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers; Respond to questions and concerns
  • Be liaison between national team and regional execution
  • Continuously work to understand market dynamics as well as support broader company strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines
  • Monitor quality control
  • Manage expenses, be accountable for P&L

Qualifications :

Job Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of general sales, marketing and distribution experience in a fast-paced, high performance consumer packaged goods environment is recommended
  • Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and ability to develop plans to drive results
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage people to create a high-performance sales team
  • Strong influencing and communication skills – both internal and external
  • Through knowledge of ABI sales and marketing strategies, processes, sales tools an analytics
  • Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Strong analytical skills- ability to decipher data in way that allows for identification of gaps, build out potential solutions and communicate out action plans to the team
  • Strong Customer Management relationship skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution, and Supply
  • Market knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board regulations and marketing & advertising guidelines for promotions
  • Knowledge of key consumer product drivers: distribution, merchandising, promotion, pricing, category management
