Full-time Inventory Lead

Plato’s Closet Danbury is looking to fill a new role! We are a growing small, family owned resale clothing business and would like to add a full time position to our team. If you have the desire to be productive at all times and work in a fast paced environment, this may be the job for you!

Job Description

• Tag new inventory as it comes into the store each day
• Fill the retail sales floor with items from our stock room
• Gathering donated items from the front of the store and moving to the back
• Cleaning and organizing the sales floor as needed
• Running items from the fitting room area as needed
• Organizing and moving bins in the stock room so that items can be easily accessed by other staff
• Participate in clearancing items, helping with floor set changes and inventory counting as needed
• Analyze inventory needs and surplus and communicate with store manager and other staff

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds over head
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Available to work mornings, afternoons and weekends 6 days/week
• Reliable transportation and drivers license
• Ability to be super productive both individually and with a team
• A positive attitude and a desire to help teammates and customers
