  • You have management experience working in a high volume, full service kitchen
  • You have advanced cooking techniques including braising, sautéing, confiting, pickling, knife skills and navigate recipes fluently
  • You are a teacher at heart, passionate about nurturing a culture of mutual respect, hard work and achievement
  • You love being in the mix of operations and are willing to perform any and all positions with our crew
  • You exude good energy that is evident to those working with you
  • You are organized, self-motivated and understand how to budget your time
  • You have a high attention to detail and like resolving issues efficiently
