We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking Line Cooks to join our team in Denver, CO.
The Line Cook is responsible for working multiple stations under the direction of the Lead Line Cooks and Kitchen Manager.

Who Are You?
- You have an to detail. Nothing ever leaves your station unless it’s 100% to spec and delicious.
- You’re an excellent and respectful communicator.
- You have a good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
- You are passionate and professional.
- You can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have at least 6 months years of experience as a line cook.
