Job Description

The Assistant Facility Manager will assist the Home Delivery Facility Manager in managing the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers. Positions located in Cromwell and Windsor, CT.

Primary responsibilities:

Manage the operations of one our E-Commerce/Home Delivery distribution centers

Hiring, training, and managing our staff of order selectors and commercial truck drivers

Responsible for maintaining superior levels of customer service through employee training and quality control systems

Your goal is to deliver a superior on-line shopping experience for our customers.

A candidate with the ability of managing crisis situations and multiple priorities and tasks

A candidate with a strong focus on customer service
