35% - Leadership: Manage a group of highly collaborative Field Marketing Managers.  The Field Marketing program functions as an internal digital advertising agency responsible for generating track-able revenue from direct response and awareness initiatives, targeting all guest and customer segments, and ensuring brand compliance across marketing channels.

40% - Hotel Marketing Management: Responsible for developing and executing digital & brand marketing strategies and providing world-class client service for a designated cluster of hotels, primarily through online marketing channels.

25% - Marketing Strategy: Develop measurable marketing strategies
and tactics for the region, including email, search, media, and content management for web presence. Ensure the region’s channels are optimized for revenue generation, ROI and stakeholder profitability.

Additional Job Description

  • Responsible for the supervision and management of a region of Field Marketing Managers. Driving performance, embedding accountability and fostering a work environment that embodies our core values.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for marketing for the assigned region with other functional roles, ownership and within the regional structure.

  • Work with the Field Marketing Managers to create and monitor eCommerce and marketing plans to drive revenue.

  • Execute key projects as needed to drive market share.

-          Strong organizational skills. Must have ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

-          Marketing expertise. Must have digital marketing knowledge as well as keep up with emerging channels and technology.

-          Strategic thinking & self-starter. Must be able to work with others to solve complex problems.

  • Must be able to operate from a professional home office environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.


Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred degree in Marketing or Business and an emphasis in hospitality related area. 


5 – 7 years in a field marketing or multi complex marketing role with direct oversight of eCommerce, marketing strategies and budgets
