Your Top Priorities:

  • Support Franchise Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Brand/Loyalty Marketing teams through the design and production of digital/print assets for both B2C and B2B programs including but not limited to:
    • Sales/advertising collateral (Brand/Property-Level, National, etc.).
    • Promotional collateral (local/property-level & national).
    • Brand collateral/digital assets for all 8 hotel brands under the RLH Corporation family of brands.
    • Channel Assets (Website, Email, Social, Mobile App, SharePoint, 3rd Party, OOH, Tradeshow/Events, etc.).
    • Support in the development of the RLH Corporation Quarterly Magazine and franchisee Newsletter.
    • Presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the supervision and coordination of outside vendors: production schedules, bids and mechanical specifications.
  • Manage and record time allocated to each project. Maintain archive of images, photos and work products.
  • Other duties as assigned or as needed.

  • BA degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience. Hospitality and/or franchise experience preferred.
  • Extensive and well-rounded portfolio showing a solid and fundamental knowledge of design.
  • Strong knowledge of printing and production.
  • Creative, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) As well as thorough knowledge of computer systems: i.e., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and email/marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a hands-on orientation.
  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to champion initiatives internally and externally. Ability to communicate internal stakeholders and external agencies.
