Team of 2 - Photo Event Booth - Sports Event

Look for a team of 2 to work a sports photography booth on weekends.

$50/hour for entire team, not each person. Split how you decide.Plus sales goals bonus.

Must be able to work weekends. Must be willing to travel up to 90 mins or more for events.

Ultimate Team Products focuses on youth sports, capturing still photos of athletes and using our state-of-the-art software to enhance, print, frame, and sell the photos on-site. Our growing team is searching for somebody with:

• A High-Energy, Outgoing Personality
• Sales, Service, and/or Event-Based Work Experience (recommended)
• A History of Going the Extra Mile
• An Eye for Detail
• Computer Skills
• A Valid Driver’s License (that says you’re 18+ years old)
• The strength to lift a kid over your head (or maybe just a 50-pound box)

Teams are expected to:

• Set Up and Tear Down
• Take Photos
• Digitally Enhance Photos Using Our Software
• Interact With Customers
• Sell Photos
• Do Basic Computer Tasks (create folders, moving files, renaming files, printing, etc.)

Requirements for both positions:

• iPhone 11 or newer or DSLR Camera or Galaxy 10+ or newer
• Smoking/Vaping is not permitted during shift.
• Must dress in business casual.

Monthly Bonus Structure:

• $12K in Sales and Payroll/Travel Costs/Car Rental (or Use) is under 50% of total sales = 5% Bonus
• $20K in Sales and Payroll/Travel Costs/Car Rental (or Use) is under 45% of total sales = 7.5% Bonus
• $26K in Sales and Payroll/Travel Costs/Car Rental (or Use) is under 40% of total sales = 10% Bonus

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work: weekends
