Wage: $45-55k/Year salary depending on experience.

Hours: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. M-F, One hour lunch break daily.

Job Description: Blair Rubber is looking for a stellar Customer Service Rep to interface directly with our customers on matters including, but not limited to, the following: Inquiries, orders, shipping, invoicing, reporting, etc. The CSR will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and working relationships with our clients. This is an on-site role. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain healthy relationships with our customers via various means of communication.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in multiple forms.
• Operation of various integral systems and applications relating to the customer service experience.
• Reporting of metrics related to the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED - Required.
• 2-5 Years experience in customer service - Required.
• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field - Preferred, but not required.
