Clinical Supervisor - In Home Therapy
The Clinical Supervisor works with the supervisory team to ensure that all assigned Master’s Level In-Home Therapists (IHT) and Bachelor’s Level Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) staff are receiving weekly clinical supervision and crisis support 24/7. Collaborates with the IHT team to provide support and education in between supervision sessions and in weekly staff meeting. Works with the Program Manager on providing training and supervision to all staff.
Masters of Social Work or other relevant Masters degree required. Must have current Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC licensure.
A minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience.
Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of community-based and state agencies with regard to behavioral health services.

Professional demeanor and appearance, as well as the ability to deal tactfully with sensitive situations and maintain patient confidentiality. Must be able to interact effectively with other hospital departments to achieve desired outcome for the patient.
Reports to the Community Services Program Manager. Several hospital and community-based contacts and insurance providers.
Minimal risk of exposure or other harm.
Minimal physical effort required. Handling light materials and supplies.
Ability to write legibly on both internal and external documents.
