Aleut Aerospace Engineering, LLC is seeking a talented and skilled professional Project Test Manager for its contract location at the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), Vandenberg AFB, CA. The candidate will work in support of Space Force CSpOC Mission System testing. In this exciting role, you will be supporting all aspects of Government Developmental and Operational testing. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serve as the unit's focal point for the initial coordination of mission capability testing and evaluation (T&E) activity impacting Del 5/CSpOC and associated mission partners. * Evaluate the impact to risk for assigned programs. * Prepare technical inputs for use in capability studies/documentation/briefings. * Oversee the system-under-test during test execution to include data collection, participation in all data scoring boards, assist in mission-specific data scoring boards, and assist in mission-specific analysis, as required. * Provide coordination actions, ascertain impacts, and garner approvals, as necessary, to the Test Objective Worksheet (TOW) test planning process and associated test coordination documentation. • Maintain insight on planned and on-going mission operations and maintenance activities to determine possible impacts to test planning and execution. • Coordinate test execution events' preparation activities, including verifying security and resource requirements, schedules, test objectives, and expectations with the Del 5 TD, the Del 5 Security Office, and any impacted divisions or units within Del 5/CSpOC, associated mission partners, and any communication/cyber units' personnel as necessary, or as required. • Monitor on-site testing as needed and provide on-going status updates to the Del 5 TD, CCIO leadership, and unit/division leadership, as needed/requested. • Coordinate with applicable SPOs and developers to help understand the necessary testing activities associated with "agile" developed space command and control (C2) mission capabilities in use or slated for delivery to the Del 5/CSpOC. * Review applicable external testing schedules and the Test Control Center's latest published directives, and cross-check associated unit-level calendars to maintain current situational awareness of testing activity. * Coordinate with local organizations to help determine possible operational mission impacts of testing activities affecting the Del 5/CSpOC and associated mission partners. * Provide T&E support to requisite testing agencies on behalf of the Del 5 unit by serving as a Test Support Manager and accomplishing action officer-like duties, as necessary, to help prepare in-bound testing organizations to accomplish their testing activity for assigned programs and mission capabilities. • Interface with external test agencies, program offices, higher headquarters, associated mission partners, unit divisions, sustainment contractors, and other organizations as applicable for test planning and scheduling, and any necessary support efforts. * Provide test support up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Perform duties in accordance with applicable regulations and directives.
