RCOH PARM Support (PMS 312) Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None CACI is seeking a Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) Support for PMS 312 located in Washington DC. What You'll Get to Do:
As the PEO Aircraft Carriers Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) Support for PMS 312, the candidate shall; * Provide PMS 312 comprehensive Government Furnished Equipment/Information (GFE/GFI) analytical, technical support to in-service carriers (NIMITZ CLASS, CVNs 68-77). * Interface with PARMs to identify and resolve any financial or schedule risks/issues related to GFE/GFI in accordance with contract requirements, and assist in evaluating their cost estimates provided via 7300 forms. * Coordinate the integration, scheduling, acquisition, storage, delivery and accounting of GFE/GFI financial information, and interface with the appropriate stakeholders. * Prepare agendas for, facilitate the execution, and document proceedings of RCOH PARM review, meetings, conferences and summits, as required. * Assist in the management of the GFE/GFI Enhanced Management System (GEMS) database as required. * Track financial and programmatic impact of GFE/GFI Budget Decisions. * Develop, prepare and analyze standardized and ad hoc GFE/GFI financial reports, including obligation and expenditure reports. * Update and manage the GFE/GFI Delivery, Conformed Schedule "A", and other databases as required. * Track and assist in the resolution of RCOH GFE/GFI Action Items. More About the Role: * Provide comprehensive support to program GFE/GFI Managers in their management of government furnished material financial information provided to the shipbuilder in accordance with Aircraft Carrier contracts. * Develop and maintain GFE/GFI financial metrics. * Develop, update, and archive, as required, a wide variety of GFE/GFI documentation to include Schedules "A", "B", and/or "C", Ship Planning Documents (SPD), bi-lateral Program Manager (PM-to-PM) agreements, and related documents. * Prepare briefs/presentations, as required, for the Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) with the PM, DPM, SDM, and PAPMs. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Financial or Technical field. * + 5 years of related or applicable professional experience. * Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads. * Possesses an active DoD Secret Clearance. * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and mathematical and organization skills. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Master's Degree in Financial or Technical Field with + 3 years of related or applicable professional experience. * NAVSEA PEO Aircraft Carriers experience a plus. * GFE/GFI knowledge or experience is a plus. * RCOH knowledge or experience is a plus.
