Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will focus on delivering operational objectives, project management, metric tracking, and client focused solutions for our client and business. In this role, you will be responsible for working on and leading strategic and tactical projects in support of the 340B Account Management Team. Your role will be to lead various Account Management initiatives with the focus on enhancing the client service and implementing process improvements on external and internal processes.

As a Project Manager, you will provide oversight, guidance, and support for the Account Management Team on key processes such as SOC I controls, Salesforce/Fogbugz, client profile delivery, training content, and internal financial reporting. You will also identify and implement improvements to departmental methodologies to ensure our team success. – Building relationships with key internal partners through a consultative approach to fully understand client and business needs
– Fostering teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service
– Developing and implementing effective business process improvements
– Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
– Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to enhance customer service in order to achieve business objectives

– Strong time management and organizational skills that exhibit a continuous effort to support individual and team objectives
– Strong project management skills and ability to manage resource planning tied to staff and client assignments
– Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with previous project management experience including client event management
– Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job
– Proven ability to manage through negotiations, issues, challenges and gain resolution with impacted internal partners, clients, cvs, etc.
– Ability to drive solutions that balance both client expectations with Wellpartner CVS Health objectives
– Ability to deliver results, measured by impactable and timely management of key metrics and reports strong customer focus.
– Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of work experience in either account management, project management, or management consulting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimal Travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using SQL for reporting
• Ability to identify solutions to improve client delivery, operational efficiency, and lead implementation of items is preferred
• Proven collaborative and leadership skills across departments with experience in leading a range of projects
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with high demand, little to no guidance on complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to present effectively is required

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
