Summary Assist Alvarez’ sales team in the day-to-day fulfillment of quoting activity and resolution of customer service issues. Provide a support resource for day-to-day transactions in order to allow Alvarez’ Account Executives and Account Managers the time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand the business. Record activities in CRM and attend sales calls and meetings as needed. Responsibilities Provide quoting function for multiple IDIQ contracts as well as open market opportunities Generate sales quotes and handle customer inquiries in order to help service clients and grow business. Respond to RFI/RFQ opportunities. Prepare Contract Technical Refresh submissions. Maintain customer and partner information in CRM. Work collaboratively with the sales team and across the company to ensure best-in-class procurement and compliance. Requirements Applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 4, 2022, except in limited circumstances where an applicant is legally entitled to an accommodation. Committed to following the established and proprietary Alvarez sales process. Associate Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Sales training and Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
