Role Description

As the Sr. Program Manager, Customer Success GTM (Go-to-Market) Operations, you will be responsible for driving GTM operations across a global organization that includes Technical Support, Client Services, Documentation, Education, Customer Success, and Community. You will collaborate with and lead SMEs (subject matter experts) to ensure Customer Success's functional, technical, and operational teams are ready to deploy and support emerging products and solutions. To achieve this, you will work cross-functionally with Synopsys Product Management, Engineering Teams, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and Channel teams to ensure Customer Success requirements are understood and the business case is aligned with the overall GTM strategy.

You will be joining a high performing team and challenged with understanding how product roadmaps and GTM strategies impact Customer Success operations and the Customer Experience. You will develop leadership dashboards, track milestones, risks, financial impact and manage field readiness activities.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, customer focused, and comfortable reporting to Senior Executives and stakeholders. This position reports to the Global Head of Customer Success Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess emerging product GTM strategies to understand and articulate the customer success business case, customer experience impact, and ROI
  • Initiate and own emerging product/GTM value streams and cross-functional initiatives that drive ambiguity to clarity and solutions; design programs to ensure proper governance and success criteria are in place
  • Regularly brief executives and senior leaders on Customer Success GTM readiness
  • Develop GTM models to identify risks, opportunities and ROI that help shape Customer Success's growth strategy and plans
Experience/Required Skills
  • 7+ years of strategy and business operations experience in high growth B2B Software, Platform and/or IaaS environments
  • 7+ years of Program Management, GTM planning and execution, or related work experience
  • Experience leading complex initiatives within a global, matrixed organization; demonstrated ability to direct and influence the work of workstream leads and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies, PDLC and SDLC best practices
  • Strong negotiations skills and the ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority
  • Exceptional problem solving and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-impact executive presentations
  • Experience with software and tools such as Confluence/JIRA, Salesforce, Visio
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience in Application Security and software security a plus
Education and Certification
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree
  • PMP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, or other related certification
