Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other building fixtures. Performs preventive maintenance on restrooms and lighting. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities
Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment, units, and damaged structures.
Regularly perform maintenance jobs and lighting repairs.
Fill gaps and provide painting services.
Perform lighting installation and carpeting.
Perform preventive maintenance in public restrooms, follow tasks on PM’s.
Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.
Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.
Review procedures and preform preventative maintenance as assigned.
Perform electrical maintenance, replace bulbs and ballast
Assist with planning and scheduling repairs.
Conduct quality control checks on equipment and systems after completing PM services or repairs.
Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Assist with maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
21+ years or older

At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
5+ years of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
