Core Functions
- Create exceptional first impressions by promptly greeting and seating guests
- Write orders, ring beverage, and food orders into POS, and follow up with kitchen as necessary
- Maintain and clear tables when appropriate and anticipate guests' needs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage menu
- Handle any complaints with genuine concern and elevate to the manager when necessary
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures
Required qualifications:
- 18 years or older
