The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player. The person should be extremely organized, possess great communication skills, work effectively with internal and external Care Staff and candidates, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build and mentor a great organization of talented individuals.

Responsible for:

  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Review Applications, Schedule and Perform interviews
  • Care Staff Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding and Retention
  • Planning and successfully executing Orientation/Training and/or CAREGiver meetings
  • Complete, maintain and track CAREGiver quality assurance
  • Track and reply to Care Staff Surveys
  • Track and maintain late report, hours report and certification compliance
  • Maintain CAREGiver recognition program (Heart program)
  • Create and distribute monthly CG newsletter
  • Create and submit job listings the the media specialists
  • Enter and maintain accurate service and employment inquiries, client and CAREGiver records/notes in the operating system
  • Developing and Executing recruitment strategies that promote CAREGiver retention and satisfaction.
  • Ability to be cross trained

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One (1) or more years of experience in an office environment required with a focus on customer service.  

Work Related Experience:

  • Understanding of basic Human Resource processes and procedures preferred
  • Ability to use confidentiality and discretion with confidential materials
  • Approachable and confident to interact with employees at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, manage projects, and be detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite &ndash Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, preferred

Work Schedule:

  • Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
