The Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A of Murfreesboro is an immersive 18-36 month program to help you grow into a fully developed Chick-fil-A leader. This program is designed to help you prepare to be a viable Operator, Corporate staff, Corporate LDP, or long term Noblitt Hospitality candidate. You will get one-on-one coaching from the Owner/Operator himself to help develop you into the leader you desire to be. Each participant will serve alongside a more tenured Director. The tenured Director will work to develop LDP participants in each area while also giving real ownership and responsibility to the program participant. The desired outcome is for you to be ready to lead at the highest levels of leadership both within our organization or even while operating your very own Chick-fil-A. Your Role on Our Team:
- All great leadership starts with self leadership. In our leadership development program you will learn how to develop a vision for each area of your life and execute that vision. You will become an expert at time and priority management.
- Lead in both the front of house and back of house operations
- Regularly monitor key business metrics to track results and act on areas of opportunity.
- Training and developing your team
- Setting business goals
- Developing business systems
- Monitoring business progress and leading change as necessary.
- Monthly meetings with LDP participants and Operator
- Hands on, in-depth training
- Designated time spent in each area of the business
- Traveling to help on grand openings at other Chick-fil-As across the country.
- Creating a place of restoration for guests and team members
- Available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, at least 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month, and have flexible availability including evenings.
- Senior in College, Bachelor's degree, or five years of leadership experience
- 18+ years old
- Ability and willingness to commit to a two-three year employment and development opportunity
- Strong academic background or a proven track record of leadership
- High Standards of excellence ( honesty, effort, urgency, integrity, diligence, dependability, ownership, etc.)
- Servant Spirit
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- High level of intrinsic motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
