Customer Care Representative

YOUR FOCUS (Responsibilities):


When you join Victra as a Verizon Customer Care Representative, you will provide solutions by listening carefully to guests with patience, courtesy, and at times empathy. Connecting with guests, discovering concerns and opportunities, recommending solutions, and closing out calls with guests being 100% satisfied are key competencies of this role. Building relationships on trust through world-class customer experiences by:

  • Resolving customer concerns related to general issues, billing, and/or account issues
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to apply it to solve problems (basic computer operations).
  • Demonstrating self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team

YOUR BACKGROUND (Requirements):

Your background in customer service environment plays a meaningful role to this position. We are also looking for the Customer Care Representative to bring the following:

  • High School diploma or GED, AA preferred
  • 3 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with customers to build relationships
  • Ability to be a team player


  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
  • Requirement to stand for long periods of time to provide the best customer service
  • (Unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)
