Senior Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is hiring immediately for a Senior Recruiter opportunity! This position can be hybrid or a remote opportunity.

-Contract position, minimum 3 months with strong potential for permanent hire
-Pay is flexible depending on experience
-Full time, Monday-Friday

Position Overview
-Successfully collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
-Proactively source potential candidates through job portals, -LinkedIn, contacts, and events
-Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
-Ensuring quality hires through effective recruiting and onboarding
-Reducing the cost of hire and time to fill
-Ensuring that the new employees’ first day and onboarding program are planned and executed in a top-notch manner
-Following recruitment trends in order to attract and retain the best talents
-Assisting in developing and executing a recruitment strategy that fits the needs of the company and region
-Ensuring the Data quality in the ATS, and promote the data driven culture
-Maintaining data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and be responsible for people related HR documentation
 

 

Qualifications

-Minimum 4-5 years in a full cycle recruiting role
