You'll analyze electric distribution systems and utility substations to identify gaps between the baseline infrastructure and the energy requirements of mission owners. You'll directly impact the DoD mission by ensuring that mission owners have access to energy when they need it. This is a chance to use your electrical engineering skills while gaining experience in solving complex problems and working with new technologies. Join us and take on exciting challenges with the military, as we provide resilient energy solutions to support a DoD mission. This position requires the ability to travel to client installations both CONUS and OCONUS up to 25% of the time.

-Experience with renewable energy power generation, battery energy storage systems, and integration with distributed generation systems

-Experience with islandable microgrids for delivering energy resilience with considerations for capital cost, maintainability, and target performance

-Knowledge of DoD infrastructure and facilities

-Knowledge of design considerations in electric distribution systems in the 12.47kV-34.5kV range, power generation systems, or utility substations

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Master's degree preferred
