As part of the bakery team, you will be assist in creating the best doughnut in the world, by working alongside our owner and Executive Pastry Chef in a fun, creative environment. Job & Performance Responsibilities Include:
Ability to work well in a busy environment
Must be clean, organized and detailed orientated
Ensures the accuracy, quality and consistency of the products made
Must be able to read and follow recipes in order to measure and mix ingredients accurately
Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written
Ensure operations are in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and special occasions (according to business demand)
Strong attention to detail and great time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Management
Candidates with bakery and/or kitchen production experience will be given preference
Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the US
Shifts will vary Monday-Sunday up to 40 hours a week
Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to stand for 6-8 hours
