Job Summary:

• Acting as auditor for quality results of Production Department
• Acting as point of contact for Production Supervisor and Quality • • • Supervising regarding quality
• Performing product quality checks every two hours
• Performing hourly part checks
• Using, handling of quality measuring devices
• Responsible for accurate completion of quality paperwork
• Auditing color and part checks
• Responsible for saving/scrapping decisions
• Owning “Red tag process” (marking product of questionable quality).
• Auditing process set points
• Performing line clearance / first article inspection
• Generating product package labels for cell
• Auditing label and rate schedule
• Collecting flex samples
• Maintaining standards for product quality-testing areas within plant
• Operating in a manner that provides value to the team
• Additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management

Shift start: 6:30AM
Shift length: 6:45am-7:00pm

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 30 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred • Experience with ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 Quality Systems & Auditing, a plus • Working understanding of TimberTech products and processes, TimberTech product quality requirements and part print reading • Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mathematical abilities • Must be able to accurately read quality measuring tools (i.e. caliper, micrometer, square, and tape measure) • Good communication skills • Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment • Work schedule flexibility, with or without notice, to accommodate the needs of the business Pay: $16.50-$18.54
